When I started in the health and fitness space in late 2010, I actually wasn't the picture of health at all.

And I DEFINITELY wasn't the picture of wealth.

Sick with auto immune issues, working a job I hated in financial sales with tons of student loan and credit card debt, my main goals in life?

To not drown.

In 2017, when we adopted my daughter, Meili, I had seen success building in person personal training studios but my life had turned UPSIDE DOWN with her autism diagnosis.

It would take me pages to get you from that moment in 2017 to where I am in 2024 but here's the cliffs notes.

I've helped over 1000 women in health coaching and 400+ coaches in the online space.

I've built a company that's done over 3 million in revenue online.

2.5 million of that in the last 3 years alone.

I did all of that without a big audience or paid ads or fancy things.

I am a functional nutrition coach, a business mentor and a trauma trained coach and I specialize in helping women of all kinds live life healthier and wealthier.
